Harrah 1st Assembly of God is very active in a variety of missions activities. Our members are extremely proactive in identifying missions needs and meeting them. We are committed to fulfilling the great commission:

Mark 16:15
"Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature." KJV

We actively participate in 8 domestic and foreign mission programs listed below.

CMA
Highlands Adoption Center
Wings of Mercy
BGMC (Boys and Girls Missionary Crusade)
Harrah Nursing Center
Operation Shoe Box
Foreign Missionary Support
Helping Hands

BGMC (Boys and Girls Missionary Crusade) is the missions program coordinated by our Sunday School program designed to encourage kids to be involved in missions. The first Sunday morning of every month, the children have a contest between the boys and girls to see who can give the most to missions.

Helping Hands is a ministry coordinated by Judy Jolley. It was created to help members of our congregation who may encounter times of special need. For example, this ministry has been instrumental in helping with such things as groceries. Please contact Judy Jolley for further information regarding this ministry.

Foreign Missionary Support - We provide monthly support to Billy and Reita Moore who are missionaries to Southern Africa. We have been faithful supporters of their ministry for many years now.
